The organisation responds to environmental degradation, inadequate access to clean water and sanitation, climate vulnerabilities, declining livelihoods, and socio-economic challenges affecting vulnerable communities across Ghana.

Includes committees such as Finance, Programs, Audit, Human Resource, Partnership, and Procurement, supported by the Secretariat.
